The meet and greet is a complimentary visit designed to help us get to know each other before services begin. During this visit, we’ll discuss your pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications (if applicable), and any special care instructions. It’s also an opportunity for your pet to become comfortable with me, and for you to ask questions and ensure we’re a good fit. This helps provide a smooth, stress-free experience for both you and your pet.

Picture and video updates are included to give you peace of mind while you're away. During each visit, I’ll send photos and/or short videos of your pet along with a brief update on how they’re doing, including activities, behavior, meals, walks, and any notable observations. These updates help you stay connected and reassured that your pet is happy, safe, and receiving the care they deserve.

Your pet’s health, safety, and well-being are my highest priorities. I carefully monitor each pet during every visit, ensuring they have fresh water, proper nutrition, exercise, and a safe environment. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy levels, or any signs of discomfort so potential concerns can be identified early. By following your pet’s routine and providing attentive, personalized care, I help keep them healthy, comfortable, and safe while you're away.
